X-cell Fury Extreme YS91st
I have come to the decision to sell my Fury. I'm just not that experienced to fly a heli like this and I have a major fear of crashing it. As far as I know I'm the third owner. The second owner only had it for a short time ad had to sell due do financial reasons. The original owner, and local Fury guru, sold it to upgrade to a Status. I have owned the heli for about four months and have probably only flown it five times (no crashes). The last two months I have been waiting on a part from MA. Since I bought the heli I have replaced most the gears and the rear main bearing in the motor. I have also upgraded to the Stratus flybar and tail servo mount (hard to find part and I still have the origional stuff to convert back). I also upgraded to the Duralite LiIon battery and hex starter as well as twin glow remote. I just had the heli out this past weekend and it was flying very well. Specs as follows:

Fury Extreme (older kit but upgrades have been made)

YS91st (unknown time engine but runs well. Starts right up and doesn't bog down) It has a Kline regulator and twin plug Viper head

Hatori pipe

SAB 710 main blades

SAB tail blades

GY601 gyro w/servo

S9252 Servos (on collective, pitch, aileron)

GV1 Governor

Futaba R149DP receiver

Duralite battery and regulator.

Arizona painted canopy (very easy to see)

Quick high visibility landing gear

I also have a lot of spares including some used gears, new bearings, shims, CF tail fin, starter shaft, clutch adjusting tools, and more.

Even though this heli is ready to fuel and fly right now, there is a couple of things I would like to mention: One, the muffler bracket has a crack in it near the frame mounting screws. It effects only the lower half of the bracket and not visible, but I fear the upper half will eventually crack and need replacement. Second, typical of GV1 sensors, the plastic mount has broke and repaired with epoxy.

Although I would prefer to to sell this heli complete, i am will to part it out if there are some items the buyer does not need. This of course will be negotiable.

Asking price, RTF, $1500 with spares.

Photos can be seen in my gallery.

Dude, you're gonna regret selling it! That is one sweet Fury. I've seen it at the field many times and can vouch for it. Good luck James!

Ken, I fear your probably right. I have mixed emotions about the whole thing which is why I'm not willing to give it away. I guess only time will tell.
