Still for sale??
Hey guy,

I noticed you have a Trex SE for sale so was hoping if you still do have it for sale. If so, will you PM me in regards to your heli its condition, history such as crash history...etc also I was wondering if you have the tail rotor:the 9x2mm screw issue being fixed as Align wesite addresses issue as well as if you would sell the heli without RD 8000 radio system because I already have Futaba 9chp system
thanks for your time
Also if you can provide me with some detail pictures would be appreciated.

How can you take offers now? Don't you have it listed on E-Bay with 6 bids and no reserve?

I agree....I assume this means he's hedging his bets and is willing to screw someone to get his best price. If someone on RR offers more than eBay, he'll screw the high bidder by ending the auction early. If someone on eBay offers higher than here then he'll screw the highest offer here.

What does he have to lose? Once he dumps his [last] Trex he'll probably change his nick to BladeCX4Life anyhow.

I see nothing wrong with what he is doing. Ebay allows you to end auctions early. As long as he follows through on an accepted final sale, who cares. A bid on ebay does not constitute a sale.

It's actually become common to see auctions on ebay with contigencies to sale off ebay.

I love my lil cx...I just never had much luck with these big guys, bought one and it wasn't ready to fly, put 500 in it, and then it still was nothing but problems, by the time I got into this SE I was way over my head to begin with. Just to much fer me

Its real sad Cranium your picking on me, when I have one of the nicest Trex's on here...Jelousy will only get you so far in life my friend, stop this nonsense and look to the Lord for your pleasures in life.

this is from the ebay Listing Policies If you cannot complete your listing as planned, you can end your listing before the scheduled date. If there are bids on your item, you can cancel them.

Reasons for ending listings early include:

The item is no longer available for sale.
There was an error in the starting price or reserve amount.
There was an error in the listing.
The item was lost or broken.
eBay prohibits email offers to buy or sell listed items outside of the eBay Web site. Offers of this nature circumvent eBay's fee structure and are a potential fraud risk for both buyers and sellers.

Some examples of outside of eBay offers include:

Using information obtained through eBay to offer to buy or sell a listed item outside of eBay.
Canceling a listing to sell to a buyer who became aware of the item through eBay.
Ending a listing early to sell the item at a higher price to the winning bidder.
Offering to sell an item to a bidder in a Reserve Not Met listing.
Offering to sell duplicate or additional merchandise to underbidders.
It is acceptable for sellers to end a listing early in order to sell an item at the current bid price to the high bidder. Bidders are permitted to contact sellers with requests to end a listing early; however, sellers are under no obligation to do so.

Although outside of eBay offers are not permitted, sellers may be able to sell items to underbidders by sending a Second Chance Offer.

You do see lots of stuff on ebay where they say the item is on the floor of their store and if it sells they cancel the auction.

I can't tell for sure whats legit anymore on ebay

The CX's are really nice. I respect your honesty in being over your head. I've dumped a lot of money in my helis.

Good luck with the sale of your SE. I'm sure whoever wins it on eBay will enjoy it.
