I don't own a "10" however I have wondered how to use a jr10 on a seven channel receiver myself. I think I would plug the gain lead from the gyro into aux.2 (7) on the receiver. I would set up my gain in the usual fashion for a JR10 using aux.3 (8). Then I'd do a mix, mixing aux.3 into aux.2. I can't verify that this will work. Maybe someone else will post that has done this before.

I assumed all JR were the same, my 9XII has the gyro gain on Aux2 and the gear channel i used for my revlock, i didn't have to change many settings when using either my R700 or my R900S receivers.

Been there, tried that. It just wont work. I even went as far as to call JRs tech support and even they said it cant be done. I just use the gear channel for gyro gain.

cant be done
"Yes It Can"

I was running that same set up on two of my heli's before going to a 649 to alow for the remote GV-1 2nd head speed. Ran it that way for a year before wanting the different head speed options.

Aux2 Gyro sen.

Go to Mode 44 INH it.

Use the Travel adj for Aux2 to set up the gain. Anything over a +5% value will be in HH mode. You can turn HH on and off with the Aux2 switch

Hope this helps.
