8103 upgrading to the 9 channel?
Is it worth the upgrade? I have had my 8103 for a while now....no electic trims just the old manual slides so would it be worth upgrading to the new radio? like to hear from people that have. Thanks Jeff.

That's a tough one to answer. The differences that I like on the 9303 are the digital trims, easy programming, & the governor screen. To me any one of these features is worth the upgrade. I still use the 8103 but my friend has a 9303. I would buy a 9303 without a module. Install the module from the 8103 into the 9303 & either sell the 8103 or keep it as a spare (or buddy box) or retire it to simulator duty. I would also download the 9303 manual & study it first. Here's the manual.
