The neu 1107 works pretty good on 3s too. If you can afford it go for it you wont be sorry.

its so strange how we all get these different results, yet same motor and/or ESC....

you are keeping the ferrite ring thingy that came with the JAZZ in the mix, right? cuz that should help eliminate noise probs. what's funny is i pretty much have my JAZZ pretty up close to the Rx... almost touching the antenna at a point.... no issues ever with noise and glitching since i got the JAZZ.

but i NEVER was able to get good gov mode results. (that i desperately wanted).... now i haven't tried gov since i've gone HV. i always just had troubles with the 3s and gov and JAZZ. maybe i'll try that gov again with the 5s/6s setup.

funny thing... for me when i really sat down and looked at it....

3s HV 3s HV 3s HV

it was a no brainer for me too but the other way around.

i took my TP 2100's and Tanic 2220's 3s batts and coupled them with matching 2s of the same. thus the HEAVY 5s batteries. bird realy flies quite well, all the while not ballistic with that kind of weight. but heck, that setup will fly around for 16-17minutes still with juice left over! you get tired of flying after awhile. NOT!!!!

and recently been starting to buy the lighter smaller MAH batts for 5s/6s to get to the PHENOM flight performance that a HV setup can supply.
Good Day: crashed thx to dumb thumbs. Bad Day: crashed mechanical malfunction. Every Day: CRASH :)
