I got them at Gyro Hobbies, they are NOTHING like the white wood blades. $12.99 a pair is incredible but I got the last pair and so far no restock.

Just picked up my second pair today at Dreamhobbies. I used to pay close to 3 times that amount for what this blade can do. For the $$, can't go wrong.

Just info, Steve@Dreamhobbies just got about 20 sets in today. Correction, 19 sets, I got one of them

BTW, any of you know if Align make them in white?? I saw another set of Align blade and it's typed on the package "Pro Blade" but in white not the gray color ones. Are they the same but just different color?

I have 4 sets of the 325's and think they are great. Thet seem to be either painted or dipped in a coating. There are no seams anywhere and they are very stiff.

I won't ever bother with carbons again because these are just as good.

well...
i was looking for them daily, then modefos had them up on his site first (of all the commonly used vendors)... bought 6 pairs of 325's...

and got lucky, these are GREAT blades. comparing to a pari of CF blades and to the woodies......

the flex is a bit more than the CF's, but much closer to the CF rigidity than to the white woodies... the white woodies have a TON of flex in comparison.

i said it before... (other threads) for the money these are EASILY the best blades available for Trex.... $1 more than the white woodies?

doubt if they will be making the white woodies anymore after a while, for the money they are now obsolete compared to the greys. after awhile you should find a discount on the whities....

i smacked a tail blade dead-on (that had been sheared off by hitting pavement on hard landing) with the grey blade, barely put a small knick in the front blade edge and the blade still flys fine.

and had a mega-CRASH... the greys did break but at 3000rpms you gotta expect that.... they sheared themselves at the roots, (weakest point of blade is at the hole for mounting) but that just shows how strong the length of the blade is... i've seen the whities get sheared half-way down the lengths, or get large chunks taken out on crash... this was different, it just clean snapped the greys at their bases and my spindle was not even bent... (course just about eveything else break-prone on the bird was wrecked, but hey the spindle survived )

white woodies would have been trashed under same circumstances i think.

really quite impressed and happy with these. you've seen how amazing a Trexy can fly on white woodies, now just imagine how it will do in capable hands with these blades? and for $12/pair? WOW is all i can say.

almost get 3 sets for the price of 1 pair CF blades.

Good Day: crashed thx to dumb thumbs. Bad Day: crashed mechanical malfunction. Every Day: CRASH :)
