Tail Servo Twitch Problem w/CC35
My HS-56 tail servo is twitching when at 100% power. When the CC35 full power light comes on the twitching begins. Anyone know what's causing this?

Thanks,
Phil

Could be a few things,,,,, first of all start with wiring. Your esc is pretty much laced in wiring, or at least it looks that way. Your esc wiring lead going to channel 3 should also have a ferrite ring on it. That particular wire carries serious rf noise in it. If you do not have a ferrite ring then make sure to at least have that wire on its own away from others. Also make sure your antenna is far away from that wire and the motor. That can target servos and do weird things at high voltage.

Personally there are so many people that have stated they have glitch issues, servos twitching, then you see them wrapping tin foil and doing all kinds of hillbilly fixes, when in the end all they had to do was clean up their wiring and relocate things "neatly". My two bits in where to start anyhooooo. Without doing that there are far too many variables in my opinion.

Are you using a separate BEC? I was having a problem with my shogun and a phoenix 25 and it went away with an external BEC.

If already running one... What batts are you using? Could be that they can't deliver the juice?

I had a little glitch, I tidy'd up my wires and it went away. No rings no PCM. No glitching.

Thanks for the replys.

I'll get a ferrite ring, tidy up the wires and see if that helps.

I'm usign a UBEC, battery is a TP2000-4S Pro Lite with 15 cycles and in the video I have the helicopter running with no blades. With blades the glitching starts in a low hover under load from the blades.

Like Van Hallen, oops, I mean OICU812 said, clean up the mess. The simplest solution is usually the best and correct solution. Before you go and bother with a ring or seperate bec, simply route your wires better. Space and COG willing, keep your RX as far from the motor and esc as possible. Run all signal wires (servo leads, antenna) down one side of the air frame and all power leads on the other side. I think you will notice a huge difference.
