Alexander,
I would guess an alternative to heli-pres's method is to install the O.S. return needle on the return of the carb

manufacture #: 29081910

O.S. 60M Return Needle

it will let you control the amount of the return the carb is allowed by means of a normal needle, but the direction will be opposite , so clockwise is rich (less fuel is returned) and anti-clockwise is lean (mid range).

Mod.
Yes i did actually block the return line. you use a 2.5mm piece of threaded rod, with a length of about 3/8 inch long. I put it just in front of the fuel tee. The rod still lets fuel seep by the threads, but at a slower rate, causing the return line fuel to slow the flow back, thus keeping the fuel in the carb longer and eliminating the transition lean. If you send me an email i will attach pic showing it.

"I would like to fly an OS but dont wont to spend $700.00 + to get them to run right"

The OS91 runs fine if you know how to tune it properly. The OS 91s I have seen that weree suposedly not running right were not set up and tuned properly. Once set up and tuned they run superb.
A few individuals here in the US are fortunate to have the new OS91 but not me...

Olivier31, Pics below of the mod I done when I first got my Raptor 90 and OS 91 PS:

I actually used a 2.5mm allen screw for mine. Just make sure that the fuel can get past otherwise the engine will cut when spooling up due to being too rich in the midrange. If I blow really hard in my fuel line I can just about get very little air out of the other side...

no probs, just make sure that it is not stopping all fuel from returning otherwise aborted autos will not be pretty (engine bogs and cuts)...

Don't ask how I know
