magnum 30% is the only way to go.
the powermaster is twice as expensive and i think magnum is twice as good.
i do 3-D flying, all of it on throttle curves, no governor. everyone who sees it think i have a governor on it because it holds such a constant headspeed without bogging.

turboomni,,, I believe it is an Genisis tuned pipe, but a older one, I have been told the newer Genisis pipes are even larger than mine,,,,

my pipe~ with 20%, it tunes like a cone to cone racing tuned pipe, say it's running to rich so you lean it and lean it, as you lean it you get more and more power, then you lean it 1 or 2 clicks more and you hit that sweet power spot and the motor really come's-on and it's very powerful and very fast (2 or 3 more clicks and it will be to lean), yet even though it's that fast and powerful it ONLY come's on the pipe when the carb is opened around 70% or more~ it's not on the pipe when the carb is closed more like 50% in a hover,,, with 30% the motor come's-on the pipe as you spool-up and give a high head speed in all modes,,, I like the way it works on 20%, in normal mode I can fly around and hover with a head speed like 1700, then in idle-up 1 and 2 when the carb is opened more and it's a real monster,,,

keep in mind
1) that it takes a while to get comfortable with this pipe on 20%, 30% is a snap because it come's-on the pipe when spooling up,,,
2) my Falcon/Raven has a gear ratio of 9.1 so with 20% it may work differently on a 8.6 ratio because 8.6 will load the motor more,,,
3) as I said with 30% it come's on the pipe when spooling up and stays on the pipe, with a 9.1 gear ratio I had a head speed of 1950,,,
4) as I said I have been told the newer Weston pipe are larger, they have a larger volume, if this is true then a given motor may run differently than my my pipe does...

I use CP 15% with the stock muffler and it purrs like a kitten. Plenty of power and it's not such a strain on the wallet.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it!

Thanks for the info Wasp. I did use a Genisis pipe on my 30 Raptor and liked it alot.
Do you use a GOV on the Hyper too or is it all curves?
The Weston is Very light ,,at least the one for the 30 was and at least with the 30 you could pull the engine out without pulling the pipe off.

Thanks for all the input guys I run cp30 hatori muffler on an ergo 46. I get a little rough running like it's rich at hover but when you punch it she doesn't bog she just goes. Thought I might try some different fuel since I dont fly 3d and see if I could smooth out the hover abit. What do you think? I have tried most of the suggestions on RR to smooth it out and I got it as good as I can. The tail twitches abit at hover because it runs like it is 4 stroking. It flies good though. I have moved to the Atlanta area and I am hoping I can find some people here that I can fly with. Where I moved from I was on my own.

mdgyro,,, some people have complained about the Hyper's carb, a good fix would be to use a 3 needle carb like the 60B of the OS 61wc,,,,, or I guess you could do the carb mod they do on the 40E carb (do a search for "magic for the OS 50" in titles only in the main discussion)...

turboomni,,, curves only, no gov, I use the 3needle 60B carb..

I took apart my hyper 50 carb to the bones and found white plastic debris in th metering system. I cleaned it out and it was much better running motor,,,but it stil needs a Gov
