If you are going to mod the engine, then you won't need the pump anyway. There is also a new OS91 just out, you may find some info on RR but I don't think that many people have got round to using it yet.
The problem with the OS91 with mods is that it's an expensive engine but it's the best you can get (with mods). Without mods or at least a clined 60K carb, the Cspec is difficult to tune and you're forever fiddling with it. I have heard that the YS just works fine out the box, but cannot deliver as much power.

I just wanted to add, I've had a Cspec for quited some time now and although I destroyed it once (throttle stuck wide open after a crash ) it has worked pretty well since rebuild. It's finally broke-in and running smooth. This is a stock Cspec. I am running "uniflo" plumbing. With all that said, I'm planning on purchasing a YS... I just want to try it and when the new OS comes out I'll need one of those too!

It may depend on how soon you want it, the YS is sometimes hard to get.
