I don't see it mentioned in the manual. I have a OS 91 C-Spec PS and I am unclear where the fuel tubing should go. Right now I have main tank clunk to top of header, header to pump, pump to carb, carb to top of main tank. Then I have the exaust presure tap to the bottom of the main tank.

Does that sound right? Or should I purhaps put the carb to the bottom of the main tank, and exaust to top of the tank.

Thanks!

Hi,
I have a pump and header tank on my R90SE. You haven't mentioned if you have these items on yours?

The exaust pressure tap goes to the top of the main tank. The main tank clunk line goes to the top of the header tank. The header clunk line goes to the pump then to a filter and from there to the carb. with return to bottom of main tank. Don't forget to add a "T" in there to fill and drain the main tank.

Thanks.

MicroDOC, why is it important to have the filter AFTER the pump, and not before? Or should I have it on both?

ATHAM, so far 2 Hawk Sports and 1 Hawk Pro. Oh yeah, and one Raptor 90 Love the quality of this machine so far, and it hasn't even been in the air! Very different from the Hawk.

If only using one filter, I like it right before the fuel enters the carb. that way any contamination or little pieces of crap are filtered out just before the orifice. There is nothing that says you can't use more than one filter. The filtered three way stop cock works quite well also, but I still like the final filter as close to the needle as possible.
