I had a lot of problems with mine and finally the header cracked. I have heard of others that had the header crack also.

I'm going threw the change over from the stainless steel to a silicon coupler right now. The pipe makes great hp. Hope I can get it fixed.

mine had silicone coupler the whole time I used it and it cracked after about 3 gallons of use. I didn't suport the front end of the pipe like I think the directions said to though. There really wasn't a way to support it.

Do you guys fly 3D? Or just flying around did this to your pipes? I just had mine welded tonight. The guy did a awsome job. Cost me a little bit, but worth it. I hope mine does not crack after 3 gallons. Were did the header crack at?

I was just hovering and a little forward flight when my cracked. The brace on it broke loose and the pipe in the middle of the bend cracked lengthwise.

Did Hanson do anything about it?

I got with the engine from someone else so I didn't buy it directly from hanson. I didn't even try to get Hanson to do anything. I don't like tuned pipes and was hoping that the V2 muffler would stay on but so far it hasn't.
