So would a lot of us...but unless things have changed, the way you migrate to an EVO is buy the EVO kit.

You need:

#0414-382 seesaw.
#0414-383 center hub.
#0414-384 feathering spindle.
#0414-385 yoke.
2x #0414-386 blade holder.
#0414-387 mixing arm.
#0414-388 blade spacers.
#0414-389 damper rubber (old ones can be used).
#0414-390 stab. control arms.
2x #2500-051 bearings (for mixing arms).
#2500-091 thrust bearing (8mm inner dia).
#2505-007 M4 Locknut.
#2511-032 cross member
#2521-123 collar.
#2521-124 collar (for use between the blade holder bearings).
#2525-006 EX ball 5mm.
#2529-003 o-ring P7.
#2532-021 M4x10 cap screw.
#2532-040 M4x12 cap screw.
#2532-054 M2x12 cap screw.
#2532-055 drag bolt 5mm

Im sure Im missed some parts, but this should be all major things, and of course some of the smaller hardware parts (bolts etc) can probably be found in the part bin or on the XSpec head.

Wow thanks! Thats what I was looking for. I don't really know if its worth it though, With those parts it puts the total fot the switch at well over $200 and I sacifice my cool blue yoke.
