Manual says to "balance stabilizer blade". How?
Before I put it on the hub? After? Do I need yet another piece of equipment?

For all practical matters make sure the paddles are screwed on the same amount and there's equal space between the head and the paddle on both sides of the flybar.

Might as well go ahead and order the metal radius block and pin assembly now, I could never get that plastic piece of crap to stay put on the shaft with its phillips screw.

Thanks. Metal radius block and pin assembly, is that what is refferred to as the "see-saw assembly" or "see-saw flybar carrier"?
Been waiting as long as I can remember to do this, haven't even had time to buy a book yet.
Any other tips before I got too far?

No its below the see saw, its a collar that goes on the shaft with a pin sticking down. The washout block slides up and down and the pin keeps it from rotating on the shaft. Its made of plastic with a phillips screw and no matter how tight I cranked down on it the stupid thing would slip with only minimal effort. Replaced it with the metal pieces and hex screws and it hasn't moved since.
