I've got the mechanics assembled for the Alouette and fitted them in the airframe. I had to modify the carb as it is a G230 with a built in choke in the carb. Problem was the choke control fouled the airframe, that was until I fitted it the other way round

As I was doing this I noticed that there are two fuel connections to the carb, one obviously is the fuel supply in to the bulb. But what do I do with the other one. Is it a vent line back to the tank and if so do I still need to vent the tank to atmosphere?

230 plumbing
The fitting at the bulb is a return to the tank, the fitting on the other side is the feed line from the clunk in the tank, vent a line to atmosphere from the top of the tank, you also should have a seperate line to the tank for filling.
