Guys, I have a small problem. I can't gen any more than 4 or 5 degrees on cyclic pitch in my sceadu evo 50. I have my pitch setup from -11 to +11 degrees. Binding occurs when on full positive I give some cyclic to the corner (for example, full left and forward). Washout arms bind against swasplate. Anyone can comment on this? How many degrees of cyclic pitch you can get on your evos with how much collective pitch you have? I have my head setup so, that while pitch is 0 degrees, all the arm are 90 degrees. Another question is how much cyclic pitch I really need? Thank you.

Does it bind if you go just forward or just aileron? If not, then you just need to a cyclic ring so you don't end up in the corners. I have full swash throw (right up to the swash plate bearing hitting the main mast, and no problem with washout arms, although I can't remember if I tweaked the rod lengths a little to get there. Also I use the high mobility setting in the manual. Hope that helps....

You dont want to be in the corners, take a look at the swash, its round.

A cyclic ring will help, it ISNT a piroflip tool as some might think.

Heh , I thought it was square. Do you know where I can get a cyclic ring for the sanwa rd8000? Do you also have such a problem?

And what about cyclic pitch needed? I have -11 +11 collective pitch.

No Im using a homemade cyclic ring, so no problems here
I made it from a big Futaba servo disc, and sticked it on my JR9X with double sided tape.
