Been flying my raptor 30/ OS37 pretty frequently for a couple of months, but i think I've managed to wear out the main gear (BK 0031). Has anyone done antything like that before?
Noticed that the gears have been making more and more noice after I've begun flying 3D and use the machine quite a bit harder.
I thought it might be slack in the clutch-bell/pinion gear, but it seems pretty tight and the bearings are almost new SKF's. Inputs please

yep you can wear out a maingear....I usually break em before I wear them out, but I have had a few develop to much backlash for my liking...

Ask your Doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.
