My Logo 20 with HCS pro60 3x mount committed suicide a few weeks back. It was totaled pretty much. My HCS mount warped, broken, cracked servos,stripped gears, pretty much gone as well. I boxed it up sent it to Jody and he repaired it and got it back fast. Problem was there was no invoice, I inquired and he is not charging me for anything including the shipping!!!! Unbeleivable. Well he's obviously got my future business. Since he wont take my money I will be making a donation to the red cross relief effort. If you are thinking about buying an HCS mount, think no further

Hmmm..
He seems to have a problem with those invoices.

Mine just said payment was due of "Great video".

Just got my upgraded and repaired GMI a couple days ago.

Cannot ask for more from a company huh Mike?

Hi All,

I just felt that I should also chime in on Mr. Prathers INCREDIBLE business ethics. You can't ask for a better company. If all domestic companies (or even half) operated like HCS, America would be a much better, proud country. Damn corporate greed!

I guess I should say something here too after what happened this weekend.
I ordered a mount and it arrived on Friday. After unpacking it, I found that some of the teeth on both the tilt gears had gotten stripped in shipping. I emailed Jody at about 7:30pm that evening explaining what I found. First thing the next morning (on a Saturday) he emailed me back saying I'd have the replacement gears today. And wouldn't you know it, they were in my mailbox TODAY.

You can always buy something but you don't always buy support for it! HCS seems to be doing it right. Certainly something you don't see everyday. I'll be ordering my first HCS mount in a month or so and am really looking forward to it...
