Hi,
I tried to fly the T-rex with the TP fitted into the frame but the heli becomes too tail-heavy. I've read some of you fly it that way.
Any solutions
thx

Extender?
I fly the 2100 and use a battery extender. I slide the battery a bit forward until I get the balance I need. Works fine for me and very little trim is required, if any. I'm sure it's all in the component placement and balancing because many people on here fly with this battery.

Cheers, Herc

No, i was trying to fly it with the pack in the back, under the mast behind the motor. I thought that would make the heli more balanced with the weight near the CG.

No, Placing the battery midship WILL make the helicopter tail-heavy. If there was no tail boom, you would be right, but the battery's weight offsets the weight of the tail boom.

I had it in the front. Thought it would be better in the back.
Thanks everyone for the replies.
