Ok fine , I will start this on my post.
This statement is just silly. I remember the days before microwaves and cells phones too, but this is 2005.
All of this over tracking #'s and such. Does anybody remember the days when you called, placed an order and waited patiently? Shipping was relatively the same costs for the time and service. Everybody just participated in the hobby instead of bitching constantly about the supply chain...........just wondering
And it comes down to Heliworld saying the problem must be my ISP , when in fact I got the email from them stating to email email@example.com
to aquire the tracking number, and never got a response from them and they stated they never recieved my email's.
What happened to the " customer is never wrong" . It's just Heliworld being heliworld again.
And by not getting a tracking number I had no idea if my items where on the way , back ordered or whatever.
I would MUCH prefer to order from Ron but he does not have enough
stock of predator items, and I needed alot of things he does not carry.
And the ONLY reason I got a response and a tracking number
was because I bitched in public.
