A few weeks ago I purchased some carbon tailblades off RR. They were shipped and a confimation number provided. They seemed to be on their way, but after too longer I decided to check on the progress again. They were shown as being at the post office. For several days. I emailed, I called, I provided all sorts of information. Today I got the official response. "We don't know". What is the purpose of tracking where a package is going if you are going to loose track of it!?!?!? They had no idea why it sat at the PO or where it might be now. More importantly they don't seem to care either way.

Now I see why people go postal.

The only resolution they had was hope the shipper gets them back.

I am going to try for the funfly, but not take any helis. No reason to go and get "schooled".

have you tried showing up in person at the post office in question?

I had the same thing happen, I called, e-mail etc...finally I hobbled my broke a$$ into the post and inquired within.....they tried to tell me they tried to deliver it multiple times....funny cause I had not left the house for the 5 days they "tried" to deliver it because of a recent knee surgery....and miraculously they found it in the back room...

Ask your Doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

I sent a set of NHP blades form Utah to California, priority mail with delivery confirmation. It took the blades 3 to 4 weeks to get there. They did eventually show up, and un-harmed so there is hope.

I have been fighting with ours for weeks they say..
they do not have time to come to the door anymore, not even for priority mail. If you catch them by the box they'll deliver it. If you can't sit by the box, all you get is a slip that says pick it up at the post office.
Needless to say, we do not use USPS any more. I had Rick's, Heliproz, MTA and Tower all mark my account NO USPS

San Francisco, Ca - too many beggars + bad drivers

Over the years I have found that the US Post Office motto is "We are not responsible for anything we are actually responsible for".

Here in SF they only hire the most lazy, stupid and illiterate types they can find. Many carries do not speak or read english well. The counter people are only interested in coffee breaks and little else. I have an endless list of unbelieveable stories of USPS incompetence and stupidity over the last 22+ years here in SF and this includes the Postal Police which are
nothing more than bufoon cartoon characters unable to function in any kind of situation that requires a minimum of thought and reasoning.
