Not the rolling type. What fun doubled over for seven hours, four more in the hospital,. So who else gets to or had to pee through a funnel?

hope you feel better, the docs did give you some pain meds right?

Ask your Doctor if getting off your ass is right for you.

I passed my first one three weeks ago. I gained a new respect for pain. I would have done nearly anything to make the pain go away. Problem is I think that I've got another one brewing.

drink LOTS of water. I had 2. One in my left kidney and the other in my right. The one in my right had to be broken up by laser due to its large size. I think the worst part was pulling the stent out of my .....Well you get the picture.

Jesus, getting older is terrifying. What age did this happen to you guys? I'll be 29 next month, and I'm just starting to see myself ageing, I pray that I never have to experience stones.

I had a rather large stone that had to be removed with surgery. I thought that I had back problems for quite awhile. I went to a chiropractor and had x rays and he saw it then. He gave me a piss test, and found traces of blood. Went in for MRI and more x rays. I went in for surgery and they tried to do a spinal block and the nurse had 3 tries at getting it done and failed, I ended up getting knocked out. I spent two days in the hospital with a tube in my willy. They put a tube between my kidney and bladder to drain. I had it removed a week later and guess where they take it out . If you guess the weinski, your right. I went in to have it removed, on the table, paper dress tied in back, no clothes, sat on the table, laid back, nurse grabs paper dress rips hole to expose you know what, puts liquid drug on it, doctor comes in with chrome tool, inserts tool in exit only, looks in eyepiece, grabs the stent , just like a pull start on a weed trimmer pulls out a foot long tube, and yes it stung.

Don't worry about the age at all. It happened to my son in his early twenties, but it hasn't happened to me yet, (in my mid fifties).

If it's a sign of growing up, I'm glad I never did!

You know, I was once actually going to patent Youth. I decided against it though, because one should only patent an item that will bring profit.

As we all know, those that have this item, have received it with out ever paying for it, and are always trying to find a way to get rid of it, often misplacing it before realizing the full value. And those that used to have it will always wish they had never let it go, but will never be able to attain it again, regardless of how much they are willing to pay.

After some careful research, I also learned that this is a highly volatile and expendable item, and is prone to being destroyed due to careless decisions and random events in ones life. There is no way I could have a warranty on this item, as nobody would buy an item that begins deteriorating as soon as you get it.

I decided it would not be a successful venture.

****EDIT**** I have had a couple of people ask me where I got this from. I actually made it up off the top of my head. Thats why no credit was given to anyone else. Thanks.

I have made plenty of bad choices in my life, but at least I was never a Marine!

Yeah but you get to show your heli off. People who possess youth seem so anxious to pretend they don't have it. Strange.

It's out! It's out! Didn't hurt on the way out; But boy did it when it started it's trip. I think it's time celebrate...Time for a Coco-Cola I know that's what gave me the stone in the first place.
