i started with rap 30 with os 37 quickley wanted more so its now a 50 with a hyper in it you can always tone down performance and power out put till your ready my advice get a 50 realtively same crash costs as the 30 and initial investment will be slighlty higher but worth it and saves you in the long run to upgrade it to a 50

TO CRASH OR NOT TO CRASH

Get a Tiger 50
I´m new to this like you, first heli 9 years ago Nexus 46, sold it no time, then I bought a Trex About 5 months ago and decided to sell it, to small, now I want to start again and I bought a Tiger 50, haven´t finished it, but I´ve read that is really a good machine, non expensive, and crash parts are very cheap. The kits cost something like 289 usd

Check it at www dot audacitymodels dot com,

John (owner) is a very good person and could help you to make a decision.

Since you live in the UK go to Skyline Models... they are the official distributers for the Compass Knight 50 in the UK

Too shame I already had bought the Evo 50 when I heard from the Knight 50... seems to be a great heli... especially the standart metal head, both CCPM and manual mixing come included in the kit and spare parts are as cheap as chips.

Just a thought... its a new company and a new heli... you will be taking a risk. You always can go to well proven solutions as the sceadu evo 50 (I'm kinda Hirobo guy now)

My two cents

Tony

I don't know about the UK, but I love my Raptor 50v2 Hyper. Parts are easy to find, not terribly expensive and has all the power you will ever need.

Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it!

raptor 50 all the way. easy to learn on, power to go as far as you can push it. parts are cheap and easy to get. a bit more money then the 30 but its cheaper then buying the 30 to find out that you want to upgrade it anyway. buy once and save money in the long run. PM me if you need any help.
