I bought the T-rex ccpm kit combo that came with the 35A ESC and the 3200 motor.

My question would be how do I know what is a better motor?
For example the "3200" means what?

Would this Motor. work? and if so is it better or worse?

I am not sure how to define what electric motors are better and how.

I am hoping someone could enlighten me =)

P.S. what does 40-6-18 mean on the ESC?

3200 refers to how many RPMs per-volt...3200X11.1v=35520RPMs, no load.
