Hi,

I've just go a Logo 14 Electric which uses 550 - 580 blades. I want to try the RotorTech 570's this time around but i'm unsure which of the two 570's i should buy.

Heres the blurb:
Swept-Tip 3D SPort The 3D Sport airfoil has been optimized for rapid cyclic response and an overall dynamically stable blade.

OR

Angle-Tip 3D Competition The 3D Competition airfoil has been optimized for an excellent balance between rapid cyclic input and auto-rotation performance

I am not a 3D flyer. I'm into fast forward flight and starting to get into smooth F3C style aerobatics. I do a fair bit of hover practice and i also want some that can hande Autos pretty well.

Which of the two possible choices in 570mm should i go for?

I am currently using the Sport 570's on my OS37 powered Hawk Pro. I must say that I am impressed. Very good cyclic, great FFF tracking and autos like a light 50 or 60.

Well, i'd already gone and ordered the Angle Tipped 570's.

I chose them on the basis that the 720's that are the hot ticket amongst the F3C flyers are the Angle tipped blades.

They've just arrived and the sticker on the back of the packaging says RotorTech 570mm A-Tip Sport/F3C

That's what i was looking for and it's just luck that i chose these over the swept tip blades.

It's a pity Century's description isn't more clear.

Anyways, the blades look to be very well made. The trailing edges are perfectly straight.
