Does anyone run a BEC on their Voyager E?
My set up is,
3x Hitec HS225 servos,
1x Futaba 9253 digital tail servo,
Futaba 401 gyro,
Hacker C40/8L
CC 60 speedy
MS 470mm Carbon Blades,
Quick metal head,
8000mah Lipos (560grams)
JR SPCM Receiver.

I was thinking that this set up may need the assistance of a BEC, but i am not an electrics expert and would like some advice.
Thank you.

I use a UBEC, becuase I have a Hacker master ESC that does not have a BEC built in.

With a CC60 That has a 3AMP BEC (I think) and you are fine with that, I do not think you need a seperate BEC

-= I know there is Money in RC helicopters. I put it there=-

It's for sure better to use a separate BEC, I had on CCPM 3 standard servo and on tail digital - it behaved not nice (sometimes slow cut-off motor, sometimes even worse), I fully recommend to use UBEC or similar unless you can really be sure, that it can deliver 3 Amps, speed controller BEC problems happen always in the worst moments, and you probably will never find out why you crashed.

Nowadays I use even digital servos (ie. JR DS3401) on CCPM and super servo for tail, never had any issue. I use HobbyWing UBEC (http://www.hobbywing.com/en/product_show.asp?ID=81), I guess any ext. BEC ~3Amp will do well, as long as it's small and light.
