Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions re a problem I having with my Nova Cuatro with Zenoah 26 engine. Basically the heli flies fine and the motor seems fine with no tail kicking etc. but when I am in idle 1 then increase power (add pitch), then quickly decrease power again, the engine tries to cut out and gives me the feeling that it will cut out if I strongly decrease power. I have tried various needle settings both low and high with no great success, though some minor improvement. The pipe I am using is a Hanson tuned pipe from Zenoah 231, I don't think that the small increase of 3cc should really make much difference? I am using NHP80 blades with a head speed about 1500 - 1550. I am using amsoil at a ratio of 50:1. I still need to do more testing on this but I have had this problem for a while and so if anyone has had a similar problem or any idea what might be causing it, I would be very grateful to know..
