I've seen lots of full bodies and fuse pictures of blades. Does anyone know who makes them or where to get them? I was also curious if the added weight requires a performance upgrade.

And the bodies are light enough so that you should not need to make any special upgrades... but you will loose some of the aerobatic abilities....

The Century line of Hummingbird bodies will also fit quite nicely, I have a Bell 222 in the works right now
