Recently got a fiberglass canopy I am wanting to put on my Evo50 to replace the plastic one. Can not seem to find some decent standoffs the right lengths to fit the Evo 50. Wanting to go that route to fixiate the canopy easier by standoffs and thumbscrews. If anyone knows for sure where I can get some for fron tnad back for Evo50 that would be greatly appreciated! Thanks please pm me if you have helpfull info!

Rick's sells what you need.

The front aluminum stand-off is part # 2511-016 and is 22 mm long (part of them go inside the frame). The rear pair of stand offs is part # 2511-014 and are 30 mm long. They also sell some Quick UK 3 mm aluminum canopy screws, part # QUKH2800, and you choose the color you want.

I just put these on both my EVO's and like it a lot better than the original canopy mount setup.

Everyting will cost you about $22.

Interesting. Had no idea you could use those cross-members for the job.

I use these though from MTA:

MTASC14 Blue Anodized Canopy Standoff's. Blue's dont match, but at least theyre blue

then if you hit the Search link, and type in "thumb" you will see their selection of the thumbscrews. I use black.

Last time i ordered any, they only had yellow, red and black. that was months ago so it could have changed.

I used the Freya cabin mounts as well, but took the dremel cut off wheel to the base of the front ones. I made them the same length as the EVO mounts. They are already threaded deep enough to work.

This way I can use the rubber gromets on all four mount posts as intended. No vibes and a finished Freya look!

Fly it like you stole it!
