i am now using the hpm evo. this is a good machine. but the pitch arm is made of plastic and the control arms are complicated. i do not find any pilots who fly ccpm evo in the local club, so i need some comments on this machine from you.

from the mannual, the ball should be located 12.5mm from the center on the servo plate. is this distence a must? what is your setting?

i plan to get the evo op one,so i won't need any upgrade.

Here you´ll find part numbers for the metalarms.

12.5mm is not a must, but you have to adjust the limits (or swash mix menu) so that no servo binds.I used the 12.5mm setting with medium sized Futaba discs on my Sceadu SWM when I had it.

The CCPM version is just as complex. It has just as many (if not more) bellcranks and linkage rods. The flying characteristics are nearly identical. If you have and extra $100 just burning a hole in your pocket and like to tinker, go for it. But don't buy the conversion thinking you'll get better flight performance or reduced complexity.
