I was curious to know what some of you guys do with the batteries after flying. Say the battery is still 75% charged, do you recharge it or leave it?

I leave it...
At the end of the day, battery is still full.

I would charge full for sure, only periodically, you will need to let it run down, and recharge.

I just leave it until I want to recharge for my next fly. If I remember, I do try to cycle my batteries periodically. This usually doesn't happen as it takes too long.
Li-Ions however prefer to be left in a fully charged state.

I remove them, as anyway, I will remove them when I'll charge them whatever the type of batteries.

Then if they are Nicad, I discharge them. If the are LIIon/PO, I charge them and store them that way for the next time I need them.
