With all negative pitch you will never get off the ground. I suggest that you go back to RaptorTechnique and re-read the section on Pitch and throttle curves. If you have any questions after reading that let us know!

I understand your "all negative pitch" test, if in fact it's a test. If your headspeed is higher at half stick, then it is at full throttle, then you need to get together with someone that can help set your whole program up. We're all just wasting time, here.
