It's getting closer!
All the lookey loos and only a few that said they were coming.

Here's a thought, since the theme is "Rodeo", what do you all think about maybe having a "Texas Hold'em" tourney Saturday night while we have a big ol' Spaghetti and MeatBall dinner at the field?

Here is the proposed Menu for the Rodeo:

SRCHA HELI RODEO Food and beverage proceeds from this event are being donated to the AUTISM RESEARCH INSTITUTE, where all funds go directly to research for treatments to help those individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, and RELAY FOR LIFE and the American Cancer Society, whose funding goes to research cures for Cancer and supporting those individuals and families affected by cancer. For more information on these organizations and how they help, please contact Dawn Holst at daholst@cox.net.

CONCESSIONS BREAKFAST ITEMS:

BURGER 3.00 FRUIT .50

HOT DOG 2.00 COFFEE/JUICE .75

COOKIES 1.00 SODA .50

JerBear,
I'll be there from ABQ. Not sure about any of the other guys at this moment. I found rooms for $54 a night at the Super 8 just a mile or two down the road from the Best Western you listed.

I would be in for a bit of Texas Hold'em as long as the stakes aren't too high.

Brad,
Sounds like we will finally end up flying at the same place at the same time. Get ready to fly my Avant.

OK.........I dunno what to wish for.........more pilots or more money for raffle tickets?!?!?!

I say this only because we will have some of the best raffle prizes yet!

Pilot's raffle is a T-rex.

Some general raffle items are:

Hirobo EVO 50
Cool Power Fuel 30%
TJ REV Max
Glow Plugs OS#8
Futaba something......................................

Heck, if I give it all out everyone will buy tickets and my chances of winning go down!

Oh well, bring your wallet people, the raffle prize list keeps growing daily and I do not believe you will be dissappointed...........I will if I don't win something..................hey honey... how much is in the piggy bank?

Hey everyone,
I Just found out about SRCHA and realized how close I am to you. I just moved to Chandler from Maine. Looks like I'll be able to make it on the Friday. I didn't think there was a club this close to me. Sweet. I've been flying since April of 2003. My Fury Expert needs parts so I'll probably only bring the Shuttle. Wheres the best place around Chandler to go for Heli parts? Particularly Fury stuff. Thanks and I'll see y'all later.
