Hello
I need some help. I get my Rap60 started and as it wind up the tail starts to pirouetting like crazy. What am I missing in my set up? On my Fury it does the same but only about two pirouettes and then I stop it with a left input on the radio. I have 680 mains and 95 on the tail on the Rappy. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Nino

Have you checked to make sure that your gyro is going the right direction?

That's an easy one to check at the house, if you've not done it before. (i.e. no need to wait for good weather.) If this seems way basic, sorry, but with radio and heli on, move the nose of the heli left or right, and the leading edge of the tail blades should move the same way.

hey
this is a picture of a tail setup of a raptor 30/50....if the raptor 60 works the same (not sure cause i dont' own one) then this is how it goes:

picture was stolen from raptortechnique....

also here's a link: http://www.raptortechnique.com/tailpitch.htm that will tell you if you have your servo moving the right way....cause if it's pirouetting like that and you give right input to stop it but your servo is goign the wrong way you're just be helping to spin it faster

hope this helps and you figure the problem out...let us know

Thanks
