Ok, i've read through thread after thread about servos. I want to buy Futaba and I don't want bottom of the barrell.

I have a Raptor 90 standard, it's ready for servos. I'm running a 401 Gyro w/9254. I've seen servo's from $39.00 to $109.00.

I'm looking for some recommendations here, I just simply can't make a decision. And I don't want to break the bank if at all possible.

Thanks -

Bill

Yes.

I would not use a 9252 on the collective. I have a 9151 but most prefer a 9350 for faster speed.

The 9252's are fine for elev and ail but just a tad too weak for the collective. It'll work but that servo is slightly underpowered for that job.

Glenn.

I'm not really an R/C pilot, I stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last n

Heh.. Man, this is confusing.

Looks like 9350 for collective, 9254 for Gyro 401, 9252's all around for everything else.

I run 9252's on my cyclic. I know you said you want to run Futaba, but today I switched my 9252 on collective for an Airtronics 94758Z. The response was very noticable, especially in collective heavy moves like tic tocs. It made for very crisp collective changes. I'd recommend this one on the Raptor's collective.

Thanks. I already ordered (3) 9252's, (1) 9151, and a 401 w/9254.

They will definitely be an upgrade for me, my Raptor 30 has 9001's. I'm tired of looking at Servo's for one night. Thanks all for the help.

You'll be fine with the 9252 and 9151 on collective.
