I know the Mega 16/15/3 is the motor of choice for many but I understand this is for 3D flyers, and more power is used to run this motor, thus less time on the TP2100. I'm a newbie and just want a motor with decent power and time on batt.

Soooooo... should I just stay with the Align 2800 kV, will I notice a performance difference going to a new motor, since I'm not doing loops and grass cutting etc. Or do you guys recommend an after-market motor.

Would it make a differnce for me, a non "grass cutter"?

thanks again guys

Mega, Neu, or Align......
You can always try a Neumotor MH-3500 if you don't mind the poor machining that goes into making the shaft I just received a 3.2mm shaft version and the one end looks terrible for a motor that costs close to $100!

The motor runs real cool compared to others. It is much lighter then a Mega 16/15/3 which also helps.....but the shaft looks horrible!!! Looks like it was cut by an 8-year-old!

Oh by the way......the Neu is made in America.
