looking for 4x7x3 bearings to convert to a 4mm flybar
any idea of which heli uses these bearings?

Try Boca Bearings in US or from UK supplier

modelfixings.co.uk

But they do not list the size you specify. Nearest is 4 x 7 x 2.5 which would probably do the trick.

Tower Hobbies lists a pair of 4x7 bearings from Duratrax. They don't specify the width, but it looks pretty close to 3mm based on the picture.
