Ok, been fighting with it for a while now, not making much headway.
I cant get this darn flybar out.

I do have a Maverick metal head.

Please share your tips...

use a cutoff wheel on a Dremel and cut the worst side
close to the head deburr and pull out

Ditto...its the only way! Remember to drape the heli or at least be mindful of the abrasive dust.
