Looks fine to me. Whatever works for you. Several others on this forum have used the shogun paddles and flybar with good results. Adding 2mm or 3/32" 1g wheel collars to the flybar at the paddles works too.

Your linkage lengths are all wrong by looking at the picture, it will not hover good at all if your flybar does not easily go up and down.

it does easily go up and down, with the shogun flybar and grips the linkages must be longer or they will hang up..ijust flew it again and the bat. got kind of hot...but i had it going for 20 min.non stop...i think that would be normal,

buy a set of padles aligment tool...dude ... yea tool

The batteries are just waiting to burst into flames. Look at the dents in that thing. and it's Zip Tied to the frame.

I think you're just trying to get attention dood...

there ae no dents in the bat. it may look that way to you but there are not. its just duck tape it did get kind of hot during my last flight of the night....but like i said i ran the mortor for over 20 min. non stop

I think you're just trying to get attention dood...

comon man you dont know me...if you did, you would know that is not the case,i am a 41 year old pressman from Chicago, i was just trying to ask a question, "thats all", i had no idea i would have 2 or 300 pepole from all over the world laughing there ass.s off... your going to feel like an ass when you see this thing fly ...

the thing is" if i change anything it wont act the same way ...it becomes a wagging uncontrollable peace of ****,...like last night i tryied putting the stock grips and plastic blades back on,, no way would it fly like that ,so i went back to the wooden blades and shogun grips
kind of scared me for a sec. becouse it was totaly difrant when i went back... changing anything seems to put me right back to square one on my setup.. first i had to reset me collective servo, then reset me gryo and pitch then it was just like before i changed anything..easy to controll and a hell of allot of fun

with the paddels leval the rpm scream way up and it gets squrly as all hell.
Then why not learn how to setup your motor and ESC like the rest of the world did? A heli with an extremely high rotor RPM IS going to be squirrely.

If it "screams" then you probably have too many teeth on the pinion for your motor.

If you set it up properly and actually learn how to fly it, you will be able to build it and set it up properly.

About all your flybar setup is doing is providing lots of drag for the rotor system, stalling the paddles (way; too high an angle of attack for them to fly"), and with them both tilted up so much, you have eliminated any effect they can have on the control system.

There must be a reason that you are the only person in recorded history to have to set your helicopter up like this. IF you ever get lucky enough to go to forward flight with this setup, you will experience an uncontrollable helicopter.

I think maybe you should try to find someone in the area to help you out. Setting up a helicopter can be a daunting task and almost impossible if you have not done it before. I would be willing to help you but I live down in Carbondale (S.I.U.) if you would like to send it to me I can get it set up for you free of charge.
