I have not seen it posted here, so in case it has not been...........

The folks at Minature Aircraft USA, are taking a poll on their home Index page. "Would you be interested in XCell mechanics designed for scale helicopter applications?" You get to vote!

http://www.miniatureaircraftusa.com/

In addition, it would be really nice for them, or someone, to create a place where one can go to online for a REAL selection of semi-symmetrical high-lift scale blades. It would also be nice for them to post for the specific X-Cell ST, SE, etc., the engine/gearing/blade combinations that would best power a scale ship. This may also include the number of main rotor blades; the blade size for that number of blades; the corresponding tail rotor blades; and then match these with the best set of gears, etc. to accomplish all of this. Should be """pretty easy""" putting this together in a table we could order from... ok, not so easy... but worth it!

Cheers,
Grover

True.......
Jack,
I am not saying that ALL engine-gear-blades possible..!! Wow... I agree with you!

I just think that a few known combinations that work would help folks get started in the right direction without a huge investment in their one or two scale birds.

I bought some 800mm semi-symmetrical's from Greg McNair here on RR and will be doing "a wee bit" of what you are proposing... but it would also be nice to have a starting point for some of our non-standard scale adventures.

Cheers,
Grover

PS: You forgot "Father Quimby!!"

That's great, but I need one this week. Seriously want to start the Century Blackhawk project. Based on the date stamp, wish Century would update their compatibility chart. Especially since some of the mechs are discontinued.

Predator was listed for this fuse, but inquiry response received from them was that it is too large for the fuse. Leaning toward the Raptor 60V2. I understand Doc is using X-Cell. Any input?
