I have this TP2100 for a month, charged around 20-25 times, now gets down only 12.18v (1670mah) after fully charged, is it time for a new one? New one gets up to 12.6v (1970mah)

I have more TP 2100's then I care to admit to. Mine always take between 1700 and 1850 mAH when recharging. If your putting 1970mAH back into your pack I suspect your letting the voltage get to low and that will damage the pack. I have a Mega 3 turn and CC35. I get 10-11 min flights on a stock weight T-Rex. Sure I could fly until it falls from the sky but that only cooks your battery and shorten its life significantly. You should be able to get 200-300 cycles off your TP packs. I have an old Gen1 1900mAH pack that is still going strong after 2 years of use. I estimate it has several hundred cycles. Still work fine. If you baby your lipos they will last a long time. You can do what I did and learn the hard way or take my advice from experience. Good thing TP is easy to work with when replacing a damaged or abused pack.
