I dont like the gap between the 2nd gear and the frame by the tail gears? maybe 1mm is this wright? too close for me, no room error?

It's like that on both my XSpec and my Freya - never caused any problem at all - everything is well located, there won't be any fouling

Nothing to worry about guys!
Just make sure that the maingear/shaft is adjusted upwards and collar is tightened.

That's one part on the Freya I always throw away,
the main shaft collar - several have cracked above
and below the grub screw.

I would use the Hirobo collar.
i have cracked a couple of the MA collars myself, when tightening.

thats because you're overtightening it.

folks, you dont need to gorilla down every screw, esp. those
tiny 2 and 2.6 screws. Apply some 222 or 243 Loctite and tighten
and move on.

Well, as far as main shaft collar, my opinion is that it does need to be gorilla tight, otherwise it slipps under 3D loads ! or at least thats my expirience.
