I have TP2100, charged at around 1970mah, hovering around 11 minutes, but my CC35 set at cut off 9.0v and if I try to discharge on Triton charger it will discharge around 210mah to 9.9v on the charger, is that mean that I have only used 1750mah to flew 11 minutes, so why we buying 2100mah for, don't know why ????

Under load the volts drop right down, and as you probably know the packs will suffer if the volts get to low so the speed control will cut before damage occurs.
