I Love you Man (Sniff).

All I can say is Nathan is the man! And, thanks to Ron for remembering that they still had a double bearing block from Bergen that would work for my Uni-Ball clutch conversion on my 11 year old Bent Frame X-Cell 60!

Not too often do you get service that is above and beyond.

Thanks again!

David

I recently had the extreme pleasure of getting to meet both Nathan and Ron at Birmingham...both of them as super in person as they are on the phones and through cyber-speak.

Tom, I would also cast a strong vote for Rena, as well. When I first came back into the hobby, Rena took really good care of me, as did both Nathan and Ron.

Ricks
I, too, give a big heads up to Ricks rc, been buying from them for years, not always the cheapest, but Ron is very knowledgeable, and very willing to share honest opinions on products he's used, even if it's not helping to sell it. I really appreciate honesty. I will continue purchasing from them, as they are very competative, and service is great!

Glad ya posted on this, hope it helps them

I don't shop Rick's often but after my last order, they may be my new favorite. I placed an order on tuesday and got it thursday. Prices were awsome, got exactly what I ordered and no complaints.

Yes it is true!
I have to agree that Nathan is super to deal with. Once you do purchase from them "RICKS" You will go back. They aren't trying to be the best. It is something that they do and it is not an act it is the way that they approach their work day Thanks for all the help and parts. Mike Lewis out in Arizona

Hi
I must agree with all that has been said, i live in the u/k and no order is too small for them to fullfil.

I buy most of my stuff from them now, one of the things i like best about them is that they (always) e-mail you back it's good to know that there is a shop out there that has a full set of players on the same side.

Keep up the good work.

ps

Also got my vibe on backorder with them.

Cheers

Thumbs up for Rick's here also. Once online I ordered a $2 or so item and accidentally shipped it next day air. $2 item and $20 shipping would not have been good. Before they shipped it, Rena called me to make sure it was not a mistake. They are always on the ball!

Go to Rick's "Online Store" and click "Search the Store" at the top of the page......below the box where you would enter your search item, you will see another box titled "View Gift List". Enter your ID and to view your gift list. Thanks

Top Three
Rick's, Heliproz, and DeeTee Enterprises..... the top three tied for first?

I think they are the one's who set the standard for "customer service" in this hobby.

Cheers,
Grover

I have just ordered from Ricks in the states, have never been a single problem with them.
They have everything, even if thats not in their webshop they still have it

Sure they from time to time are out of stock for some parts, but thats not often.

And if I just place a 10$ order, they still ship it to me with just the cost for shipping, not more, not less. That totaly rocks bigtime.
I hate when I need just a small part, and have to pay 10 times the value of the part just for shipping.

Thumbs up for Ricks.

Hello Rich,

Click on the "Home" at the top of this page to go to RunRyder's front page and scroll down the left side of the advertisements. Look about 1/2 way down, and in the middle column there is a white box with red "Rick's" and phone number 800 321 9909.

I'm extremely happy with my two purchases I've had so far through Rick's. They earned my business just for the fact they have honest shipping prices.

Happy to vouch for them
Latest order from Rick's arrived yesterday.
One that took a few weeks to compile at the shop, because of some hard to find (expensive) items.
Ron was always on top of that one as usual.
Tons of mails exchanged for updates until all was finally there.
Been a happy customer since he opened shop.
I reside half way around the world from him, but he delivers, whether a small or large order.

Thanks guys,

MH

Noteworthy competitors: Bob/Skyline and Stephen/Cyber.
