well guess what guys?

i just won a brand new in the box Futaba S9254 servo for $88 shipped to my door....i thought i'd share with you! hope i dont start anything.

Deadstick: Two of these can be found on a transmitter that has been inproperly charged.

Well, in the last week I have won a new heavy duty top main shaft bearing block with thrust bearings and other parts for my Bergen gasser for $1.26, 2 new 644 carbs for $16.25 ea, and no I don't have a cot set up by the computer......

Actually eBay can be pretty good as long as you take care to properly research what you'd like to bid on, determine how "high" you're willing to bid (spend), check seller's feedback, read auctioned item information fully and how much time you're willing to dedicate to an auction ... oh, and only pay with credit cards. I've actually got some really good deals off eBay that I would never have been able to get from a forum classifieds, retailer or LHS. Still, there's always the negative side to everything; fortunately that has eluded my thus far (knock on wood).
