I tripped over my interface and now it is not working. I checked the continuity of the cable as well as all the connections on the board and they are still good? I guess I need to send it back. I went to the reflex website, logged in, and clicked on the shipping and returns tab, and it won't give me any info on where to return it to? Can someone help me?

If you purchased Reflex from a local reseller, I would first try to contact them to see if they have a return/exchange policy. They will probably provide you with proper information on contacting Reflex if they don't handle it themselves.
