Check out your frame rate, I think it needs to be at 20 or better. Reduce some of the visuals (particle detail etc.) to increase frame rate. If it jumps "every once in awhile", increase the priority of your task (realflight) to "high" if you are on Windows XP. It is worse when the Heli is in close then you are likely at too low a frame rate.

G3 requires a very good video card to work it's best,if you dont a good one you have to lower all the settings. Press 1 while your flying and see what frame rates you get.
