Been thru my 3D Pro and am to the head assembly. The tetering action on th efly bar seems really stiff and i tried to loosen the screws a little with no change.

you try and loosen the taper headed screws going into the center piece that is around the head block? Otherwise it will loosen up after some time.

same screws. I would think that this would cut down on the cyclic responce.

What about the dome head alen screws that go into the part that connects the endlinks? its located in the seesaw.

I replaced the stock swash with the CNC version no more head stiffness. The problem was with the stock swash plate it was binding up on the main shaft making it feel like it was in the linkage when it wasnt.

the flybar stiffness was felt with the rotor head removed ie, disconnected from swashplate. Its like the frame is binding on the aluminum hub.
As for the rest, i reset the gear mesh for the tail drive. As it wears in, ill reset the gears as it wears in.
