What material is your servo mount/antirotation slot? Is it a 3D printed rapid prototype?

Thank you
Yes, it's made using SLS technology (Synthetic Laser Synthering) from Polyamid powder. I have the opportunity to access the prototyping machines at my job

For the servo angular position, I put it that way because of the servo arm.
This was a double servo arm, on the stock Trex, the arm used for the pitch control was broken on a major crash. when you rotate the servo arm to get access to the second part of it, it doesn't keep the same position because of the teeth on the servo head wich are not symetrical. (hmm... don't know if my explanation are fully understandable ...)
So i put it as near as possible and rotated the servo case to get the neutral position the same way as the two other servos.

(the link above only shows the heli summary of my web site, all the stuff is here : http://marcelluswallace.free.fr )

Cheers
Marcellus
