Is it true that when building the mainframes on the P Gasser they use nylon nuts inside the frames ?

yes
where the lower frames bolt to the front X brace, and the radio tray.

Everywhere else the bolts go into either a hex threaded spacer (2 places) or a metal standoff.

When you say nylon nut, Century uses a nylock which is a metal nut with a nylon insert to lock down the threads. I have over 2 gallons on my gasser and have never noticed those nuts coming loose. I use a small amount of blue locktite on everything else and preflight and check the bolts every weekend and everything is always tight.

I don't see a problem with the setup.

you can use nylock nut's over and over, they very rarely loosen.

only time I would be concerned is if the fastener was subjected to high head, it can break down the nylock. Not the case on the P-gasser series.
